Code d’éthique des exposants

• L’inscription et le paiement des frais pour l’exposition devront être complétés au plus tard le 30 avril 2015.
• Vos services doivent être offerts pour l’installation et la désinstallation de l’exposition.
• Aucune toile ne doit entrer dans la salle avant l’attribution des places ni ne doit être décrochée avant l’heure déterminée de la fin de l’exposition. Il en va de même pour les artisans et leur matériel.
• L’installation des toiles et du matériel artisanal doit se faire à l’intérieur des heures allouées.
• S’il y a un problème ou des suggestions, rapportez-les aux responsables de l’exposition.
• Les tableaux sont installés sur des crochets bien définis.
• Les encadrements doivent être à l’intérieur des panneaux, en haut et sur les côtés.
• Les toiles doivent être encadrées, à l’exception pour les toiles de type galerie.
• Les responsables se réservent le droit de demander de retirer une toile si elle n’est pas conforme aux normes.
• Les tableaux déposés par terre ou autre ne seront pas tolérés.
• Les œillets d’attaches sont à 4 pouces du haut sur le cadre. Le fil de métal doit être solide. Pour les petits tableaux, la logique est de mise.
• Le prix minimum au pouce carré doit être respecté (50 sous par pouce carré plus l’encadrement) à l’exception des très grands tableaux.
• En aucun cas on ne déplace les lumières. S’il y a un problème, demandez à un responsable. Si vos œuvres nécessitent un éclairage particulier vous êtes priés de le fournir.
• La vente de cartes de vos œuvres est acceptée. La présentation doit être d’une grandeur d’une boîte à chaussure.
• Le stationnement pour les artistes/artisans se fera à l’arrière du Centre Marcel-Tassé.

Code of ethics for the exhibition·           

• The registration and the fee for the exhibition must be made at the latest by April 30^th 2015.
• Your services must be offered for the installation and the dismantling of the exhibition.
• No painting has to be brought in the room before the attribution of places or must be prematurely taken down   before the end of the exhibition. The same applies for the handicraftsmen and their material.
• The installation of paintings and handicraftsman material has to be done within the assigned time.
• If there is a problem or suggestions, raise them with the persons in charge of the exhibition.
• Paintings are installed on well defined hooks.
• Frames have to be inside panels/boards at the top and on the sides.
• Paintings  must be framed, except for the gallery type paintings.
• The persons in charge reserve the right to ask to remove a painting if it is not in compliance with the standards.
• Paintings on the ground or displaced otherwise will not be tolerated.
• Hooks to hang paintings are 4 inches of the top on the frame. The thread of metal must be solid. For small paintings, the logic shall apply.
• The minimum square inch price of $0.50 (cents) plus the frame, must be respected, with the exception of the very large paintings.
• On no account we move the lights. If there is a problem, ask a person in charge. If your works require a particular lighting you are asked to supply it.
• The sale of cards of your works is accepted. The presentation has to be of the size of a shoe box.
• The parking for the artists /handicraftsmen will be behind the Centre Marcel -Tassé.
